Welcome to St. Vincent de Paul of New Mexico.

Tuesday, December 5th, 2017

Members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (or “Vincentians” ) are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to individuals in need.  We are young and old.  Our members come in every shade of skin color.  Some of us are wealthy, some are financially poor, but all of us are blessed with an awareness that our blessings (time, talent or treasure) are to be shared with our brothers and sisters in need.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an international non-profit organization dedicated to serving the poor and providing others with the opportunity to serve. The Archdiocese of Santa Fe Council has been assisting New Mexico families since 1955. Programs include assistance with rent, utilities, food, thrift stores, and other assistance for individuals in need.

Tuesday, December 5th, 2017
VISION – Vincentians envision a more just society where the rights, responsibilities and development of all people are promoted.
MISSION – The mission of the St Vincent de Paul Society is to deliver loving and compassionate person-to-person assistance in building a path out of poverty.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Archdiocesan Council of Santa Fe serves all of northern New Mexico, with 48 chapters, 7 thrift shops and 23 food pantries.
Additionally, SVdP Santa Fe provides our most needy neighbors assistance with:

  • Clothing Assistance
  • Rent
  • Emergency Gas Vouchers
  • Firewood
  • Bus Passes
Vincentians witness God’s love by embracing all works of charity and justice. The Society collaborates with other people of good will in relieving need and addressing its causes, making no distinction in those served, because in them Vincentians see the face of Christ.
No work of charity is foreign to the Society
